Practitioners of crystallomancy can allegedly see the future by doing this. It is commonly done over a spherical surface, but scrying (To see or predict the future by means of a crystal ball.) could be done into a flat polished crystal surface, just like a mirror. Quartz crystal balls may be used because of their paranormal healing and restorative powers. Crystals are claimed to resonate in such a way that they stimulate the aura which in turn brings healing to the body. Some of the gems and crystal stones are: Jasper, rose quartz, Chinese fluorite,garnet, onyx, rubies, carnelian, hematite, moonstone, citrine, amber, topaz, aquamarine,sapphire, clear quartz, amethyst, turquoise, amethyst.

I Ching coins (I Ching, Yi King, Yi Jing , or I Ging ): A Chinese book of ancient origin consisting of 64 interrelated hexagrams, each of which can be further broken down into groups of 3 lines called "trigrams", along with commentaries attributed to Confucius. The hexagrams embody Taoist philosophy by describing all nature and human endeavor in terms of the interaction of yin and yang (the passive and feminine force respectively). Talismans: An object marked with magic signs and believed to confer on its bearer supernatural powers or protection. drawings to protect people from evil. The power of these artefacts may come from God or nature. Talismans bring the possessor health, vigor, potency, good luck and success.
